game looks interesting but either your fight sequence is unworkable on my computer or I am dexterously challenged. By the time I get the first arrow key pressed I'm out of time. No way I'm getting even close to pressing 4 keys. I have gone through the first fight multiple times and never struck a blow. Obviously, I've seen no content thereafter.

Not sure its helpful but the game "a zombie's life" has similar fight mechanics that provided a challenge but was workable.

I suggest you create a configuration setting that will give players more time to strike a blow in fights if they think they need it.
