I'm sure you can find one if you search hard enough. But the game isn't so hard that you need one tbh. Basically just grind and grind till you get your stats up and then you can do whatever you want. A tip for raising your money quickly is that the results for gambling on each day is set. So you can basically save at the start of the day and gamble, record the results, load the save, then constantly win. For instance, on Monday, you can win the gamble at 7,8,12,14,15,0, and 1 (just an example). So you would choose to gamble 50 dollars at those hours. It is a bit tedious but it's the best way to not have to worry about money, especially when the lessons start becoming expensive. Another tip is that you can take lessons at most 3 times a day so try to exploit that and raise your stats as quickly as possible. Also, exercises do in fact raise your physique, despite being incredibly slow. So even if you don't see it rising, make sure to exercise everyday as it will have an impact during a later event. Buying weights will help it rise by a lot.
