Merchant chest now has a fixed amount of silver that can be stolen — silver spent at the merchant is added to that chest.
Whip is now automatically removed from the player's hand after leaving the whipping station area.
NPC stats are now accessible while they are using devices.
All machines/stations now send a "close to death" alert when an NPC's HP drops below 30.
