MIST - Version 1.0.3

This game is done very well.The style reminds me a lot of games made by the now defunct Telltale Games studio..Many of which appeared on gaming consoles. Anyway nice intro to the story about a dangerous mist enveloping a large area and the effects it's causing..You're given the choice of playing the game normally or just for story content. In normal there is some grinding involved raising your stamina for exploration time and fighting the wildlife as you gather food..Your time spent at the cabin is to slowly get to know the girl you rescued at the beginning.Getting to know more of her personality takes time.. The animations are great,though you'll often see the same teasing ones for quite awhile..The story itself kept me interested as things gradually get explained or discovered.Sort of a Stephen King type apocalyptic story..The writing is excellent and any time you need you can check your status page to see current quests.
