Moved all quest indicators into the map indicator system. TL;DR, I only have to change one tiny thing for every bit of quest logic to automatically follow. The map indicators, building indicators, even the code that hides the quest menu option.
New plugin that corrects what I few as silly behavior of RPGM. (It's to do with items and the fact they load from the save file instead of database)
