In After Thunder, you play as a determined young warrior who grew up in poverty but longed for something more. Through dedication and perseverance, you earned the chance to train under a renowned master — a hero of the recent war — while living in the city of Toruram. After years of mastering the art of combat, you are finally given a mission that could elevate you from the lower caste to the noble class sworn to defend the realm. Yet as events unfold, it becomes clear that destiny has different plans. A growing darkness threatens both you and the kingdom, and you must discover whether you are strong enough to face what lies ahead.

New Textbox System - You can now set the dialogue to just be White and it removes the textbox frame behind the text. Many people commented on not liking it, so we're testing this out. Go to Preferences and then click Alt. It can be a bit finicky, so make sure that in Preferences only Alt is selected.
