Leap Of Faith - Chapter 8

I'm gonna go ahead and say that I was blown away by this game. Yeah, the music bugged me at first, but at certain points it is a huge benefit to the story, and after awhile I sort of just got used to it. I also think the story is by far one of the best in any of these games. I have actually read every single line, and enjoyed it, as opposed to a lot of games where I know the guy is going to ramble about something I don't care about and I just keep clicking until the scene changes or a choice appears. All of the characters are intriguing and different and I actually care about them.

The only "negatives" I would point out are that the spicy scenes are pretty sparse compared to the playtime, and there is definitely no harem outcome here. While it is still totally unrealistic compared to real life, this is the most realistic game I can think of. Girls notice when you are interested in someone else, and just having sex at every opportunity will not get you very far with any of them. I honestly despise creators that expect us to play a many-hour game multiple times to see all of the content, because there are so many new games all the time that I'll never have time, but this game is one I might actually do it. More likely I'll use the mod that lets me see the scenes, but still, the way the stories progress when you focus on a different girl is both satisfying and impressive. Also, the girls are quite a bit different physically and personality-wise, which is pretty rare in a VN game. Normally they are all just lookalikes or all just horny for the MC. While these would all go for the MC if they had the chance, they won't just overlook the fact that you banged that other girl instead of going on a date with her.

I cannot recommend this game enough, unless you just want a quick-fix, then this isn't for you. You can easily play for an hour and not have much of any erotic content, depending upon your choices. But this could almost be an actual novel, the characters are that well done. The best friend, Chris, is awesome. And Lexi is just wow. I immediately replayed the first chapter after I realized I had been playing like a normal VN and just sleeping with everyone I could, assuming it wouldn't really matter. Once I saw that Lexi was an option though, I restarted and focused all of my attention on her. And I wasn't disappointed. BUT, if I focused on somene else, I am confident I would be just as satisfied with the way that storyline played out too.

One last point. This author has done some absolutely outstanding work with animations and music syncing and just overall technical excellence. I haven't seen anything that can compete with it in any other game. I am headed over to his/her Patreon right after this to contribute because I want more games like this.
