Version 0.3.0. Some mild spoilers contained in this review. I like the overall story, but the game has some bugs and many general gameplay issues. Wednesday morning, you go to class, and you can't do anything there. You also can't leave the school. Prior to that game-ending bug, you are given quests with no real opportunity to complete them. For example, you can study once, but not even until after you fail a test. Why give you the quest before the test, and have everyone tell you to study, but then only give options for sleeping or playing on the computer, with no explanation as to why? There's very little to do in the game. I only discovered there was a basement because of the Changelog notes on this site, and because of a screenshot which shows stairs that aren't visible in the actual game. That said, there's nothing in the basement of note. You can't interact with anything there. Your human sister is usually missing from the house. Your parents barely say anything to you if you try to talk to them. You can't visit your best friend other than the one time when you're railroaded into going to visit her. If the next version is a big improvement, because the overall story is a fun idea, I would be interested in revisiting this.
