I have to say when first looking at the screenshots I was turned off but after playing it this has so much potential! Open world, animated sex, story, exploration. Its def better than Bonetown. I'd recommend you give this one a chance.
As for what you can do, you go through a bit of a linear path to get the basic grip of the plot.
